Located on the second floor your suite has a king bed & TV with attached living area complete with a sleeper sofa and TV. Also, your space has its own bathroom as well as a microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Please make sure to enjoy the garden area and porch patio.

Located in downtown San Antonio. The Arbor House Suites are a collection of four restored 1903 homes, clustered around a lush garden. Each house has only three suites, featuring high ceilings, pine floors, private bathrooms and kitchenettes. Your suite is located on the lower level in the Blue house.

Relaxed, tranquil and private, the courtyard setting gives each guest generous space to enjoy San Antonio’s quiet side. Sounds of the busy streets outside the gardens are hidden by the sound of trickling water and native bird life. There’s plenty of outdoor seating and natural shaded landscaping to escape from the activity of nearby River Walk or touring the adjacent historic sites and attractions.

Shawn was very nice and helpful in letting us use a second parking space at his office down the alley. The place was very convenient for us because of its closeness to the Alamodome. We were able to walk back from a concert and it was only about 15-20 min. The place is just a described. It is pretty, comfortable, clean, and organized. It had everything that we needed for a night’s stay. I would recommend it more for two people than a larger party. The doors are a little tricky to open. They kind of get stuck and you need to push hard, but it’s not a big deal, it comes with it being an older building. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, quiet, and peaceful stay. Short walk to the riverwalk, direct access to the shops and restaurants. Responsive host with clear and detailed instructions. Location was easy to find. Would definitely recommend!
